Love the food, people are very friendly and I will be back. However a 30 minute wait on a take out order is extremely frustrating. between the time that it took and the cost of the food, I could have enjoyed a nice sit down lunch. I will still be back and I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I truly hope that those who have the ability reevaluate their structure and work to correct this look into making some positive changes.

Love ordering on the app and picking up curbside. It is so fast and convenient. There are always great deals on the app, and I love using my earning and saving my reward points for free items! And most importantly - the food is always super delicious!

Very good service followed by even better food!!!! It’s my favorite restaurant, I have never had a bad experience there in my life. Love their healthy food options and they taste amazing as well! The bubble tea is AMAZING and delicious unlike any other bubble tea you’ve ever had before. You can’t go wrong with any combination of food you choose from this place.

Build your won bowl or taco? Pick from a variety of sauces from mild to hot? Wash it down with bubble tea? If this sounds good this is your place. Only regret is I wish they had more traditional beverages like soda.

Local Roots in Sylvania is a beautiful, welcoming spot. The atmosphere is clean and modern, and I loved the digital menu setup. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the service was friendly and very efficient. The decor, especially the greenery, gives it a calm, refreshing vibe and don’t forget to pick up one of those teas, I got the blue lavender lemonade, or something like that. Definitely worth visiting.
